J.J. Valve, warrants to the original purchaser, for a period of one (1) year from and after the date of delivery to the original customer, that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, not caused or resulting from the improper usage or application, improper installation, improper maintenance. Repair modifications or alterations.

In the event the original purchaser shall determine that a product purchased from J.J. Valve shall be defective in workmanship or materials, the customer shall notify J.J. Valve within 24 hours from such determination, followed by written notice to such effect within 7 days therefrom, addressed to J.J. Valve.

In the event J.J. Valve shall determine that the product is defective based upon such examination of the products which J.J. Valve may deem appropriate, J. J. Valve shall thereupon, at its sole options, (a) Cause the defective product to be repaired, (b) replace with a substantially identical product, or (c) accept the return of a defective product and refund the purchase price to the original purchaser. J.J. Valve, shall bear all normal surface transportation costs to the original purchaser, but shall in no event bear any installation, re-installation, engineering or other costs incurred in connection with the repair or replacement.

The foregoing constitutes the sole obligation of J.J. Valve with respect to defective products from it and in no manner shall J.J. Valve assure or be liable for any other expenses, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, lost profits, downtime or otherwise, whether directly or indirectly suffered, or in any other manner relating to or as the result of any products that it may sell.
